Is it really compliant to reward people for Google reviews?

We never reward reviewers on Google. That's prohibited by Google's policies, and the Google engine is designed so customers are never compensated. Incentives stay inside your team. On G2, where disclosed reviewer incentives are permitted, we reward reviewers directly with gift cards.

What counts as a "team member"?

Anyone on your staff with their own collection tools and leaderboard entry: a server, a stylist, a CSM, an account exec. Pro includes 10; Enterprise is unlimited.

Do gift cards cost extra?

Gift-card rewards for G2 reviewers are funded from your reward budget and fulfilled automatically at face value. The subscription covers the automation and fulfillment; you choose the reward amounts.

Can I switch between monthly and annual?

Yes. Upgrade to annual anytime and the 25% discount applies immediately.

Do you support multiple locations?

Yes. Enterprise includes per-location dashboards rolled up into one org view, with leaderboards per site or across the whole network.

What integrations are included?

HubSpot CRM sync and Gmail/Outlook sending are included on every plan. Enterprise adds custom workflow automation.

Is there a free trial?
